We looked at multiple representations of the water on earth. It is 97% saltwater, 2% frozen freshwater (in glaciers and such), and 1 % accessible freshwater. We saw this through a video representation, 100 beads (97 white, 2 blue, and 1 green), and on a graph. Students had lots of questions and thoughts about what they were seeing!
