Just before the winter holidays we had the opportunity to talk to an author via Skype. We had read his book, Enginerds, and really enjoyed it. We brainstormed a bunch of questions we wanted to ask and he generously answered all of them! We learned a lot about what happens when an author is writing and publishing a book. We also learned about many others books we want to read. We even got to tell him about some books he should read! Hopefully we’ll get to Skype with other authors throughout the year.

Habíamos leído su libro, Enginerds, y realmente lo disfrutamos. ¡Hicimos una lluvia de ideas sobre un montón de preguntas que queríamos hacer y él las respondió generosamente a todas! Aprendimos mucho sobre lo que sucede cuando un autor escribe y publica un libro. También aprendimos sobre muchos otros libros que queremos leer. ¡Incluso tenemos que decirle sobre algunos libros que debería leer! Con suerte, llegaremos a Skype con otros autores durante todo el año.
