We have started our big research unit! To get going, students spent time exploring topics they find interesting and collecting some information. From there, they thought about what that information made them wonder, what new questions they had then. Next, they began working to form research questions. That’s tough because the question needs to be broad enough to be interesting to research but not so broad that it is too much to tackle!
