One morning meeting activity we do is A Warm Wind Blows. Our meeting manager makes statements that start with “A warm wind blows for people who…” and then finish it with things like “like the color purple” or “ate cereal for breakfast” or such. Then the people for whom that’s true get up and move to a new spot.
