On Valentine’s Day we graphed the colors of candy hearts. It got a bit tricky for some when there were more of one color than there were spaces on the graph. We had do some critical thinking and problem solving. We also used the candy hearts as an opportunity to begin exploring perimeter and area, which we’ll study more soon.
