Building and taking apart polygons gave us a chance to explore them in lots of different ways. We figured out how we could make new polygons from others and how we could take one polygon apart and make different polygons.

Fractions are complicated. Numbers that aren’t whole numbers take some time to understand and the idea of equality is crucial. It’s a lot. Building fractions with fraction bars or other tools can help us get a better understanding of them.
Playing Four Square at recess is great fun. Skills are getting stronger at returning the ball and planning for where to send it next.
